GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The ECUA Board will consider approval of a preliminary water rate increase of 4%, a preliminary wastewater rate increase of 6%, a preliminary sanitation service rate increase of 3.5%, a preliminary reduction of the additional garbage container fee from $4.60 to $2.00 per month, establishment of a preliminary $3.00 per month fee for curbside recycling containers, and certain preliminary changes to the fees for service by dumpsters and rolloff containers.
