KINGSFIELD

All interested parties may appear at the public hearings and be heard regarding the proposed Ordinance. A draft of the proposed Ordinance is available for review at the Ernie Lee Magaha Government Building, 221 Palafox Place, First Floor, Deputy Clerk’s Office, Suite 110, Pensacola, FL 32502 and the Escambia County Development Services Department, 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, FL 32505.

 

The Planning Board and the Board of County Commissioners do not make verbatim transcripts of their meetings; any person who wishes to appeal (to Circuit Court) any matter considered at such meetings or hearing will need to independently ensure preparation of a verbatim transcript of the proceeding that includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be based.

 

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing special accommodation or an interpreter to participate in the public hearing should contact the County Administrator’s Office at 595-4947 at least seven days prior to the date of the hearing.  If you have any questions, please contact the Development Services Department at 595-3475.
