PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 21st day of December, 2023, there was placed on deposit in this office, funds received from Suzanne N. Whibbs, Attorney for Mallory Dale Demarco, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jason Bradley Allen, deceased, in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-One Dollars and Fifty-Six Cents ($13,391.56). Said funds are all of the assets due to:

And said assets remain unclaimed.

 

Unless said funds are claimed on or before six (6) months from the date of first publication of this Notice, said funds will be forwarded to the State of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statutes 733.816.
