A voter that fails to respond may also have their name removed from the Florida Voter Registration System. Escambia County, Florida is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to solicit applications for programs that address the strategies outlined in the Escambia County’s 2024 Opioid Abatement Implementation Plan. A pre-solicitation meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 10th at 9am via Teams and at the Matt Langley Bell, III building 213 Palafox Place, 2nd floor, Pensacola, FL 32502. Attendance is not mandatory.
Specifications may be obtained by reviewing the “2024 Escambia County Opioid Abatement Funding NOFA_ Approved 5.20.24” document on the Escambia County Opioid Abatement Funding Advisory Board site at https://myescambia.com/open-government/boards-committees/opioid-abatement-funding-advisory-board. For applications to be considered, they must: meet all the applicant eligibility, be an eligible activity, meet all Federal and State requirements, participate in our Homeless Continuum of Care and Behavioral health systems, meet the minimum requirements, and must submit application by the stated deadline. Any application that does not meet the above requirements will not be considered. Escambia County reserves the right to reject any or all applications.
