The College’s District Board of Trustees will vote on the fee changes at the Tuesday, June 18, meeting set for 5:30 p.m. on the Pensacola campus. If approved by the Board of Trustees, the new fees will take effect for the Fall 2024 Semester.

 

Full Cost of Instruction Fee
Pensacola State College announces a proposed Full Cost of Instruction Fee cost update for students. PSC administrators recommend a $280 Full Cost of Instruction Fee for both Bachelor and Credit programs. This fee is what is charged to students on their 3rd or more attempt on the same course. The proposed Full Cost of Instruction Fee averages the cost of upper-level and lower-level credit courses that had systemwide average costs of $280 each during the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

 

Health Sciences
● DEH 1002L – Dental Hygiene Pre-Clinic lab fee increases to $153 from $125.
Reason: Some materials that are currently required for students to buy externally are being incorporated into the lab fee. The College can buy the items in quantity cheaper and without sales tax lowering the total cost to the student.
● DEH 2804L – Dental Hygiene Clinic III lab fee increases to $265 from $200.
Reason: Some materials that are currently required for students to buy externally are being incorporated into the lab fee. The College can buy the items in quantity cheaper and without sales tax lowering the total cost to the student.
