For applications to be considered, they must: meet all the applicant eligibility, be an eligible activity, meet all Federal and State requirements, meet the minimum requirements, and must submit application by the stated deadline. The purpose of the hearing is to review and approve, modify, or deny the issuance of a permit to operate a volume reduction plant (cinerator) for vegetative debris.
