PAYMENTS
We will email you an invoice and on that invoice you can pay by any major Credit Card or bank draft. Also, you can mail us a check if that works best for your firm. We do not require pre-payment. Should you not have an email address or would prefer to get a paper invoice, we will mail it out to the address we have for you. You then can call us to provide a credit card for payment or mail us a check.
CUTOFF TIMES
Our cut off for our weekly publication is every Monday by end of business day and they will be published on Thursday of that same week. We can receive legal ads either by mail, fax, or email (please see below for the contact information). **EXCEPTIONS** Please Click the link for our Holiday schedule and modified cutoffs.
2020 Submission Deadlines for Holiday Editions
PRELIMINARY PROOF WITH COST
A preliminary proof will be sent to you prior to publication. We will send the proofs to your email (provided by you, your firm, and/or company) by end of business day Tuesday. On the proofs you will find the run dates and cost please note that this is not the invoice. Invoices will be sent out separately. Please proof read the preliminary proofing copies and get back to us by the correction cut off (see below.) We can also send you the preliminary proofing copy out to you via fax, should you not have access to email.
CORRECTIONS PRIOR TO PUBLICATION
We would need all corrections by 11:00 am (CST) on Wednesday (day before publication) to ensure all corrections can be made.
AFFIDAVITS
Affidavits will be sent out on the Thursday that your ad ends. We will either send you a paper affidavit or electronic affidavit your preference. Note: Tag office and County Commissioners Office require paper affidavits at this time. We will send electronic affidavits out to you via email and mail paper affidavits via USPS. Affidavits go out as soon as your account it current and the ad completes run.

NOTE WE EFILE YOUR AFFIDAVITS THROUGH THE EPORTAL AS WELL AS SEND THEM TO THE EMAIL CONTACT WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU OR YOUR FIRM.
NOTICES FROM THE CLERK OF COURT
Please note that the Clerk of Court no longer sends out Notice of Sale Publications out. It is the responsibility of the Law Offices to submit those Notices for publications. All other notices can still come to us from the Clerk of Court as long as you advise them to send them to us when filing the notice.
